What followed became football history. Refusing to surrender, the team mounted an extraordinary comeback, levelling the match before eventually triumphing 5-4 in a dramatic penalty shootout.

Known today as the “Miracle of Dammam,” that moment became a symbol of courage, belief, and the ability to overcome impossible odds.
